I've Mash, First Wort, Kettle, Bitter, Flavor, Aroma and Dry hopped.  I have even added hops to the pint.  A couple of months ago I did something I've never seen referenced.  I'm going to call it the Lazy Hop.  Since the kids were born I haven't had six hours to brew AG so I have been brewing extract.  I chill in my sink with ice until it melts (100F wort) and then pseudo-Aussie chill overnight.  I usually hit pitching temps by morning.  The last couple of XPA's I've brewed I left the hops in until the next morning.  The hop flavor is huge.  That is all.

So it's sort of like a long, slow whirlpool.

So are you adding a big hop charge right before you chill?

Not really.  Three oz total.  One each at 60, 15 and 0.

I broke into the keg and this has a little more vegetal flavor than the first.  I may have kept the hops in longer.  I'll keep tinkering and see where I get.
