Okay Guys....Need Some advice.....
I am building a new Brew System....10 gallon system that requires a pump.  My old system was a 100% gravity system. My new system will be a hybrid system where I use gravity between my Mash Tun and Brew Kettle, but I will be pumping to the Mash Tun from my hot liquor kettle and  using a pump to whirlpool and pump though my plate chiller and eventually into my fermentors.  Any advice on which pump to buy would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I replaced my plastic March pump head with a stainless Chugger head. The March worked better, but the Chugger will never break.

When in doubt, add more hops.

I did a bunch of research and decided that March
and Chugger were essentially the same.  I bought
the Chugger because of the steel head, and it has
a much cooler name.

Pumps are nice, I wouldn't want to do a 10 gallon batch or larger without one. You'll be wondering why you didn't get one of these years ago Smiley

Kinda like a real mash paddle!  Stirred the mash with a spoon for years....  Can't understand why now!  Roll Eyes

Love my big wood mash paddle.....
And......I have never made a 10 gallon batch....so a lot of it is new to me.
The major reason for my pump purchase is to reduce all the lifting I was doing without one.  Just can't lift heavy things with my back issues....
