All, I'm ditching my sanke for fermentation (in advance of something else)

It's an old AB keg, and comes with a custom-fit rolling dolly and pressure transfer setup from brewer's hardware (link) including ss racking cane, 1/2" FPT tee, orange carboy cap and compression fitting for the cane.

I'll bring it to the meeting Thursday if anyone wants to pick it up - otherwise, straight to CL.

$160 obo

What was your "something else"?

In dog beers, I've only had 1.

When in doubt, add more hops.

Conical? My only gripe on sanke fermenters is difficulty to clean.

Yeah, I gave up on using sankes for fermenting. I couldn't tell if they were clean. I cut the top out of one, and now it's my boil kettle. It had a good coat of beer stone on the inside, took a good soaking in muriatic acid to get it all out. Now I ferment in plastic bags and toss them out afterwards, no cleaning!
